Delta attended and performed at the St Andrews Hospital Fundraiser on August 10. Delta wore an amazing Swarovski Crystal Ball Gown worth $15000. The dress is now up for auction on eBay. All proceeds will go to chairty. Check it out here.

St Andrews Hospital Fundraiser – August 10

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – JUNE 05: Singer Delta Goodrem joins nuns Sister Leone Wittmack and Sister Helen Clark for the final leg of their Nun’s Run 400km charity run from Dubbo to Darlinghurst at Centennial Park on June 5, 2009 in Sydney, Australia. The Sisters are raising money towards the new cancer centre at St Vincent’s, of which Goodrem was a patient.

Seven-year-old Bonnie recently had her cherished Wish fulfilled when Australian songstress Delta Goodrem dropped by for a visit.

Delta chatted with Bonnie and her family for about an hour before posing for photos.

“The look on Bonnie’s face when Delta entered the room was priceless,’ said Bonnie’s mum Deanne.

‘What a person to Wish to meet, Delta was as beautiful to talk to as she is to look at.

‘She was open and honest and an absolute pleasure to meet.

She made my children feel wonderful and welcome.”

The Ku De Ta 2008 summer series launches on July 26 with its customary fundraising event for the I’m An Angel non-profit foundation, which supports health, education and resource development programs in the rural communities of Bali. Headlining this year is Delta Goodrem; head chef Phil Davenport and special guest chef Chris Salans of Ubud’s Mozaic will prepare a five-course dinner. There’s a bevy of other events on the Ku De Ta calendar, including open-air film nights on September 2, 9 and 16. Lounge thinks it’s all very Beach Blanket Bingo, 21st-century style. www.kudeta.net.
